Dakota collectibles is the world’s largest supplier of stock embroidery designs, there are over 20,000 designs including every holiday, special occasions, team mascots, sports, baby and animals just to name a few.
Balboa Threadworks offers an amazing collection of beautiful stock embroidery designs including horses, dogs and cats. These are works of art. Please note we may not have some of the designs. If this is the case you will be required to purchase that design.

Embroidery Design Size
When selecting a stock embroidery design, it is important to look at the size to ensure it will fit your needs. See the chart below to see what design size will work best for you.
- Left Chest – 3.25 to 4 inches wide & high
- Jacket Back – 6” & up plus text
- Hat/center – 2” high by 4” wide
- Visor – 1” by 4” wide
**Thread colors on stock designs can be changed but you can’t add additional colors. For example, if you choose a design of a black cat you can change the cat to be white but you can’t change it into a calico (3 colored) cat.
